Refund Policy

At Liberty Belle Pet Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns:
Because many of our products are custom-made or produced on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
