Refund Policy

At Liberty Belle Pet Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns:
Because many of our products are custom-made or produced on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Hi I'm Steph

I've had a love for animals for as long as I can remember. They have always been a huge part of my life and have brought me a great deal of joy over the years.

When I moved out on my own is when I had my first cat, which then evolved to 2 cats. My passion for animals led me to a career the veterinary field for 15 years. I have shared my home with... I'll just say many cats over the years & I have also had 2 dogs.

Liberty Belle Boutique was inspired by my daughter's two dogs Liberty & Belle and I truly just wanted to share my love of animals with others & create unique gifts and decor for fellow animal lovers. I hope you can smile or maybe say an AWWWW while looking through my website.
